Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Atoll Islands platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Booking Terms

Atoll Islands acts as an intermediary between travellers and experience suppliers. When you complete a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the supplier. Prices are displayed in the currency selected at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Availability is subject to real-time confirmation by the supplier.

4. Payments

We accept payments via Bank of Maldives (BML), major credit and debit cards, Alipay+, and Stripe. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a supplier offers a deposit option. Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy of the specific experience.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Each experience may have its own cancellation policy, which is displayed at the time of booking. Where no specific policy is stated, our standard cancellation policy applies: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience start time, with no refund for cancellations made within 24 hours. Weather-related cancellations initiated by the supplier are fully refundable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to interfere with the operation of the platform, or to upload harmful content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atoll Islands provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any experience listed by suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atoll Islands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any experience booked through it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Atoll Islands platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Atoll Islands and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.
